About Sadie V. Williams

Sadie Vialpando Williams is a certified professional life and finance coach, an accredited financial counselor and educator, and a training consultant in leadership and team building, community development, and strategic planning. Her unique blend of customer service delivery, training, and community organizing experience, and a love for people creates energy, enthusiasm, and `can do’ collaborations.

She is the Founder and Principal of Building Alliances Coaching & Consulting with over 20+ years of training, coaching, and consulting experience. Her SF- Bay Area-based group provides individual and organizational assessment and training, personal and professional life, leadership, executive and financial coaching, and organizational consulting to nonprofit organizations. As the former training manager for BART operations, Sadie has over 15 years of experience developing, designing, and delivering technical training programs. She also served for ten years as board president of Instituto Laboral de la Raza, an SF community-based organization for immigrants and women, and for five years delivered training workshops on economic literacy to women, unions, church groups, and other organizations throughout the country. Sadie is a dynamic, energetic collaborator and presenter who works well with individuals and groups to design, develop, and deliver training, workshops, meetings, or conferences.

A professional trainer and facilitator in financial coaching, leadership, and strategic planning as well as in community organizing and team-building with `heart-centered’ communication and customer service skills, and a history of community involvement; she is dedicated to empowering individuals and building sustainable communities. As a personal life and finance coach, she is a compassionate listener, a creative resource, and an enthusiastic champion of individuals and organizations. She is also known for keeping clients accountable through motivation, structures, and inspired accessible communication.
